On Scoutbook.org, my account shows an error. It states that another user is the same email address and is associated with a council in Florida. Please note that we lived in Florida about 10 years ago, but have been in Circle Ten, Troop 295, for years.
my.Scouting.org’s profile is also incorrect. My name is incorrect and shows my son’s first name instead of my name.
Please correct ASAP as I need to complete some training soon. If I need to contact the local council, who do I contact?
