I think I found a Scoutbook Plus bug as follows (@9/2/2025):
- I’m a den leader for the pack and ASM for the troop and as such I create new events to load into the calendar for Scoutbook Plus. I have no issue creating and saving a new event, where I have selected min two leaders + invitees - it works fine.
- The bug comes in when I go back to edit the same events. I can edit and change anything in the event, however I now get the error message on the upper right hand side that states “Events with youths require 2 or more leaders” and it won’t let me save the updates. It doesn’t matter if I have edited the invite list or not, and it doesn’t matter how many leaders of our pack/troop I include, the error message remains and I can’t save it. I’m forced to delete the event and make a new one with the changes I intended.
- I don’t think it’s profile/permission related as I’m able to create the new event with min of two leaders without a problem, it’s only when I reopen to edit it.
- Also doesn’t seem to matter which leaders I select.
- Same thing happens in Chrome, Edge, or iPhone mobile.
