I have been trying to send an email to our troop parents using Scoutbook Plus. After drafting my message, selecting all the parent emails, and sending, I receive the “email sent” message, but no email is received. I have tried sending a test email to just myself, and it works fine, it seems it’s just a mass email. I reverted back to Scoutbook Legacy to send the email, and it worked fine. Any known bugs with sending mass emails using SB+ ?
@SUSANNEJOHNSON there is a known bug for Large emails in SB+ that is being looked at
Is this a new bug? I didn’t have an issue before when using SB+.
