Scoutbook lists requirements 1 & 2 for the Outdoor Ethics Awareness Award as the same thing. Requirement #1 needs to be corrected. Also the link in requirement #2 is not correct.
will report - but that video link is barely functioning it seems - hate it when they link to outside sources not controlled by BSA
