Scoutmaster Name is Truncated on the Front of the Blue Card Printed on Plain Paper

Our Scoutmaster’s name is truncated on the front of the blue card when I print them using the plain paper option. It prints just fine on the applicant’s record portion. His BSA ID number is 129317998.

The bottom one is what I see on the screen and what prints. The top one is what I see when I click into it. I can see the name is there, it just won’t all print.
