When I run advancement report for the Sea scouts (Ship) it only shows their BSA Scout (Troop) advancement record. How do we get a report for the Ship’s rank advancement report? Thank you in advance!
There should be a Sea Scout History Report that is similar.
If you mean the Individual Advancement Report (IAR) - I have never heard of one for Sea Scouts

Is it possible to have one in the future? It will be helpful to organize a meeting/activity for a certain rank requirement.
@JieunKim that is a question for Sea Scouts - but the history report - or even better report builder in SB would probably serve you better.
