Talent Release

Is there a way to alter the Talent Release message to go beyond Scoutbook. The message only gives permission to use photos for scoutbook stuff can I change it or can it be modified to allow for any use of the photos by pack/troop?
Instead of saying Scoutbook just say Pack/Troop website or social media.

There is no ability to change the text of the talent release in Scoutbook.

The current A medical form has a pretty broad release already built in and and rarely opted out.
