I (ASM) am trying to look at the advancement details for scouts in my troop. According to the Scoutbook Plus “tour” I should be able to select scouts to view using the checkbox on the left side when looking at the roster. However this checkbox is inaccessible to me. I am also unable to select the “select all” button at the top of the roster. Help! Thank you! -Mike Phelan
@MichaelPhelan2- two things.. first do not post images with scout names in a public forum. Second, close the tour then try it
Oops, I deleted the image showing a scout’s name. I am also unable to create an activity report for scouts in order to view advancement, I get a system error.
@MichaelPhelan2 The Scoutbook Plus permission system has changed. Admin roles in legacy Scoutbook do not apply to Scoutbook Plus. See Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video.
By default - ASMs are not given many permissions at all - as every troop is different
