"Update Available"

One of my parents is getting the “Update Available -You are not using the latest version of Scoutbook. Please Refresh” pop up when they try to RSVP for events in Scoutbook Plus. Hitting refresh does not do anything to fix it. They have tried the hard refresh suggested on this forum, and also tried different browsers. Any other suggestions to get this person full access again? Thank you!

@PatriciaDanner - they clicked the refresh in the popup? That is what they are supposed to do.

Yes, they clicked refresh and nothing happens. Then when they go to rsvp again, the same window pops up.

@PatriciaDanner - that seems like something on their end as I have not seen that happen. Beyond that it is far easier to deal directly with the user than work it via a third party.

Who should she reach out to in order to get help directly?

@PatriciaDanner - she can post in this forum thread. This is not a bug that i can tell as nobody else has reported this occurring.

What she can try is an incognito browser session.

Yeah like what App is she using? have they tried a private window (it kind of sounds like some security on their own device)
