Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address

I am getting the message “Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to the Using Scoutbook Forum.” My wife Jetta Lentz is also getting this message. Local council could not help me so posting here.
