I am on the activity log on Internet Advancement to enter campouts, hikes and service projects for my den. Some items will record but sometimes a message appears that says, “Missing JWT Token.” I don’t know what that means as I have filled out all the information. Because I am missing ‘something,’ my information will not record.

I am receiving the same notification after going 3/4 of the way through updating rank and MB completions
@RichardRayfield & @SusanSchuessler - I have had no issues in IA2.0… you could post your BSA ID’s or al the very least look up your registered positions in my.scouting.org
It’s a cryptic developer thing. JWT or JSON Web Token is part of how it authenticates and authorizes requests.
