We just started using scout book for communications and event tracking. I noticed that emails are sent from a “Do not reply” email, which, of course, parents reply to anyway and then ask me why I haven’t responded. How do you all handle this? Is there a way to configure it so it actually comes from my email that they can reply to? Or so you have to resort to putting some sort of disclaimer at the topic of each email and include your email address there?
Scoutbook sends the e-mail with the sender in the reply-to: field. Any user should be able to reply.
