Just recently noticed that I am not able to add participants to activities. Back in March I added a hike/camp out activity and was able to add the participants but now there is “no data” to be able to add anyone.
@ErikPreske You used to have the functional role of Key 3 Delegate (at my.Scouting), but that role was ended effective 01/17/2025. You can ask your unit leaders to add you back again. Or they can add you back as a Troop Admin.
Hey Jennifer, thanks for the reply. Makes sense. However, would it have changed after March? I was able to add an activity in March and still had the ability to add people.
I guess another follow-up to that, who would have changed it? For our Key 3, they probably wouldn’t know where to look to find it to change it. lol
@ErikPreske - well the unit key three would have been involved in unit and member renewal so they should be familiar with the organization manager and roster in my.scouting.
Someone added and ended the Key 3 delegate role for you on 1/17/25. During this short time the role was in effect, it was pushed to Scoutbook. Since Scoutbook has a grace period for roles and positions that end in the membership database, it was not ended until 4/1/25. This explains why you had the capability for a few months then it ended.
It appears your Key 3 Delegate role was restored today. It should be active in Scoutbook tomorrow.
I am having the same issue. In my.scouting.org, I am listed as a Key 3 delegate through 12/31/25. I have a significant amount of data to enter from the past weekend for camping and volunteering as part of an Eagle project. I would appreciate any assistance.
I can add events and non-Scout youth and adults.
@SuzanneCustons-Sansc - is it no data for the eagle project type?
@SuzanneCustons-Sansc what happens? can you make events?? Do you not see anyone listed?
I also tried to add a camping event which I didn’t save and got the same thing - under add attendees, there was a gray box that said no data.

I was able to add to an event once today, then it timed out, now just keeps showing no data. seems like an outage.
I can make events and save them. When I go to add attendees, there drop down opens and says no data. There should be almost 100 people there as we’ve a large troop and many active adults.

@SuzanneCustons-Sansc have you tried Shift + Refresh Page at same time - that just solved a similar issue for me
I will try that in the morning. Computer is packed up for my commute.

Thank you, I added myself back into the Key 3 delegate roll and that fixed the problem.
i was able to fix this later yesterday. def a wierd problem.
