It’d be nice if we could add an attachment to an event. Some events have flyers or permission forms. It’ be nice to include them in the event notification\reminders.

Adding attachments to events would require cloud storage. Enterprise cloud storage is very expensive when you do not own the data center. The BSA uses Amazon Web Services to host Scoutbook and related systems.
We recommend using one of the free cloud storage providers such as Google Drive, Apple iCloud, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, etc then place a link to the files in your calendar description. Many calendar clients recognize a URL and will automatically turn it into a live link.
