It would be helpful to have the ability to cc or bcc outside email addresses with the messaging feature in Scoutbook Plus. This feature doesn’t need to retain outside email addresses to a contact list, it just needs the ability to paste an arbitrary list of email addresses to either a cc or bcc field.

We ask all of our parents to create accounts and link parents to their scouts so that we can use the messaging feature as our primary communications tool. Using this feature, we communicate important information with our families, which sometimes includes updated plans or cancelations.
We receive a lot of inquiries from prospective families during the fall and spring, and invite those families to join us for an upcoming meeting or outing. We occasionally have to send updated information or cancellation notifications regarding the activity, and it would be helpful if we could include these invitees in the communication so that our leadership doesn’t have have remember to send a duplicate email through another system to inform them, and so that they don’t potentially miss an important communication.
