I have a scout that is on my.scouting roster but they’re no longer on scoutbook. He was there yesterday. We need him added as we’re trying to run a roster for a trip. His ID is 140856926. Thanks.

It looks like that scout just registered so they membership is still in flux - I would give it a few days to settle down
He renewed March 8th and he was there yesterday. I guess I have to wait and see if it fixes itself. Thanks.

Interesting because that’s not our troop. We’re T14B. He’s on our my.scouting.org roster, but he disappeared from Scoutbook.
@LauraCincotta he is not registered in 14 - he is registered in 229. Look at my.scouting.org roster. T14 was ended. It does look like they are in a grace period but something is wrong with it. This is first a talk to family situation, then talk to council if needed
