One of our scouts is missing from the roster. He is paid for and up to date and an active scout. He was just elected as a patrol leader in September. I emailed my council and they said I needed to contact the web support team directly. How do I do that?
Please post the Scout’s member ID number, and someone will take a look.
His ID is 141490924. He is my son. I can see his account as a parent but not as the chairperson. The scoutmaster said he is missing from their roster also.
@AaronSchmidt1 It looks like the Scout is dual registered in 2 councils. Is that correct?
Yes, so he could join a scout camp in the summer. But we are Troop 108 with the Far East Council for everything else.

@AaronSchmidt1 - that process is completely unnecessary as you can sign up for camp as a provisional camper.
@AaronSchmidt1 OK, this should be fixed. You might need to wait up to 24 hours for the Scout to show up on the roster.
