Is there any restriction on adding attendees on the same day of the event? I ask because we have an outing tonight and two scouts need to be added to the roster. When I go to the section that says “change their response” and select their names, the only option in the drop down is “remove from event”. How can I add them?
I found my problem - had turned off RSVPs so it would not let me add anyone.
It would be nice to be able to see who is going even after RSVP is turned off without having to run a report. This was an issue in Scoutbook too - ending RSVPs prevented anyone from seeing the attendance and families couldn’t see if they were signed up.
