Adding MBC to group of scouts

How do you add the same MBCounselor to several scouts within the same unit.

How do you add several scouts to the same Merit Badge within the same unit.

The only way I could figure out how to add a 8 scouts from my unit to the same MB was to go to Quick Entry; MB Requirements; go to the MB; click on the names to add. However they only way to save was to mark them completed for one of the requirements. But there is no way to add a MBC this way.

I have gone through so many routes trying to figure out how to add multiple scouts AND assign the MBC that I have lost track.

What is the correct/easy way to do this.

Also was not able to figure out how to add a scout to a MB under my MBC tools. Please advise.

I am Key3 Delegate and Troop admin for the unit. I am also training chair for my units and will be passing on this info to my MBCs.

I think that the easiest way to do this is with the Feature Assistant Extension (at least I think this menu option is from the extension):

To connect to a scout, the MBC (or anyone else, I suppose) needs the scout’s last name and BSA ID, and they connect via the My Connections → Add interface from their dashboard.
