Adult Leader Missing in Scoutbook Legacy

A Webelos leader was having issues with entering advancements for their Webelos. My plan was to remove their position and then readd them as a leader to hopefully fix their permissions, but after removing their position as Den Leader they disappeared entirely from the Scoutbook Legacy Roster. When I do a search by member number and name or email for the den leader search nothing appears. They do appear in our My.Scouting Roster though.

I asked out Registrar to look at it, but it’s been weeks.

OK I setup a 24 hour sync for this

Thank you. Unsure if they had two accounts and that was causing an issue or not. The registrar claimed they did a refresh.

Thanks @DonovanMcNeil Looks like they now show up. I’ve made them a den admin and verifying they have access to the whole den and entering advancements.
