A den leader was mistakenly removed from our Webelos den and now I can’t find them in Scoutbook as an adult leader. They are still listed in my.scouting as a den leader and they have their hwt and ypt up to date. Her membership number is: 14254693
This leader appears to have 2 my.scouting.org IDs and 2 Scoutbook IDs. One has DOB of mm/dd/yyyy and the other dd/mm/yyyy. Do you know what month she was born?
I have requested a position sync. Check your roster in the morning. Only use Scoutbook Plus to place the leader in a den.
Yes, her birthday is in April.

This is fixed as much as I can. I have merged her Scoutbook and my.scouting.org IDs. I added her second Member ID to her my.scouting.org as secondary.
You will need to contact your Council and ask them to use the Relationship tab of registrar tools to move MID 13945241 from MID 13945222 to MID 14254693.
She needs to continue logging in to the my.scouitng.org ID that starts with a B.
