I never saw a reason for anything past First Class - it is so simple after that.

How this works in my unit - the scouts that put on bedroom wall and say I am going to get these 3 done on campout progress, cause they learn to have and follow through on small goals.

@Stephen_Hornak ’s point is that tracking it for them like this negates the reason and motivation for them to track it themselves.
