Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

In the old Scout book there was an option for giving feedback on an adventure. With the move to Scout book plus that option is gone from the old Scout book and I can’t find the same option in new Scout book.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Or is this ability to give feedback gone?
