Scout book - Help!

I am attempting to create a needs purchasing the report for awards that should have been purchased and awarded before the COVID started. I have entered the cub scout required adventures and they are not showing up on the report. I have not checked off the awarded checkbox.

Is their a support line where I could screen share to allow someone to help me with this. I am a newbie to scoutbook.
