All calendar RSVPs were zeroed out yesterday

So now it shows no one attending any future events.

All of our RSVPs are now lost now too! Really Scoutbook?! This is frustrating.

Our Pack has lots of events coming up this week and next. This is a pretty important feature to b0rk!

This is being looked at

@EricLiedtke what is Date and title of event

Our troop is experiencing this issue of lost RSVP data as well. We have several future events, including our summer camp, swim test, and high adventure trip that have/had both Yes and No RSVPs on them, which are critical to us. Interestingly SOME RSVP data is still showing, but only in the RSVP report, but unfortunately it is incomplete and no longer accurate. I can provide details if you’d like to troubleshoot our particular instance.

Every single one of them, but I had “Many Point” fully rsvp’d (July 5-12)

The developers are investigating. Watch the change log for updates.

Where is this changelog? Link?

It is another category in the forums. Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums

@EricLiedtke We need Date of and Title of Event please

I gave it above, but it was titled, “Many Point” and it runs from July 5-12

RSVPs should be restored. Please check and let us know.

I can now see my RSVPs. But if I make changes (as SM/Admin) it errors out and doesn’t save.

@RyanWilliams8

What is the error?

I can confirm that we also can see our RSVP responses again. Thank you for restoring this!

I can also confirm that, as Troop Admin and Key 3 Delegate, I was able to change the RSVP for 1 scout from Maybe to Yes. Then, I exited the event. Then I clicked on the event in the calendar again and confirmed that this scouts RSVP status remaining YES. Then, I set the scout’s RSVP status back to MAYBE, and received the below error message:

So there may yet be something to address.

When I try to change from No to Yes.

When I try to save changes to an event.

@RyanWilliams8 @AaronGjerde

Can you both test again? You may see a permission warning but that should not affect operation.

Mine seems to be working as designed now. Thank you!
