It would be Nice If Messages could be sent to multiple emails per Adult and not just sent to the Primary Email. Scoutbook allows to add multiple emails but messages are only sent to the Primary email. sometimes it could be handy to allow them to be sent to multiple emails for the same user to allow for better communication.

Users control the primary themself - so they are defining where to get scouting email
Scouting America is trying to prevent it servers from getting flagged as spam generators, which has happened in the past - and unit generating tons of reminders for all events was a major cause of that.
Primary email for an account is industry standard, and it is outside of that standard to use other email on the account expect for the user themself to recover password or something.
