Another can't create rsvp report

Cubmaster of pack can’t create a RSVP report for upcoming activity.

His MID is 14673895, event is the AMC movie Day on Sunday April 12.

I checked and he should have the ability.
He gets this error message:

Access to report is denied. You do not have required positions/permissions to run this report.

@MarianMcQuaid but is it a single unit event?

Yes single unit. I ran it but it came up all zeros. Comments on the event indicate that I should see at least 2 parents, and 3 youth.

The developers have found a permission error and are working on a fix.
