"Another user is using the same email address"

Hey all-

I got the notification that “another user is using the same email address” when accessing my Scoutbook account. I think that this has also interrupted my new council’s ability to add this account to my merit badges, as I’ve gotten a couple emails through Scoutbook but nothing is showing up in my positions.

There’s a chance that I just have a (very) old account somewhere in the database.
