Help with "Another user is using the same email address"

When I log in it says another user is using the same email address. I can see another account with my info linked to my children’s accounts. I think it is maybe an account from when I was previously registered in a different council?

This is fixed. You ended up with 2 Scoutbook accounts because one contained your middle name and the other did not. I have merged the accounts.
