Application Status: Initiated - Mobile App Works, Web Site Doesn't

On the ‘blue’ My Scouting App, I can easily navigate to the Application Manager, select Application by Status, and view scouts with an Application Status of “Initiated”.

On my.scouting.org I am unable to view Applicants by the status of “Initiated” under the Application Manager.

This is the start of recruiting season and initiated applications are some of the best leads we have to indicate we should follow-up with a family. I’d kindly request that the website allow filtering by “Initiated” status like the mobile app does.

For This type of request for apps outside of Scoutbook/Plus, we don’t have direct contact with the developers, so your best path forward is to convince your council staff to open a national ticket.
