Invitation Manager - Send Application Not Working

I’ve utilized the “Send Application” in Membership Manager > Invitation module to a Lead but the Lead has not got an e-mail to take any action. We have checked their spam/junk and nothing is there either. And yes, this is my own child, starting Lions. I was using the Lead to the Application process to see it in action but it’s been 30 minutes and nothing had come across.

With my.scouting issues, you have to contact your local council and ask them to submit a help ticket to National.

Will do but don’t understand why the extra step here is for a volunteer… this issue can’t be local to my Council.

We (SUAC) can help with Scoutbook issues, but we do not have the ability to submit help tickets for my.scouting issues. But councils do.
