I was in Scoutbook Plus Approving Adventures that parents entered as complete today.
Under Needs Approval is the Acvitity tab…It was showing 16 a couple weeks ago - today it shows 27!
What am I missing - I asked on the FB group and was told its a known issue. I want to make sure we aren’t missing something that the Cubs should be getting recognized for…

When Clicking on Activity - nothing happens. Have tried on laptop using Bing, Chrome, Firefox and on my phone & ipad - all results the same.?
@LianneRutty Activities are Camping/Hiking/Service Logs. They are Logs not Awards.
There are bubbles that do not always clear - sometimes it depends on your browser.
Yes, I understand that part. But there is no where in the activity logs to approve them.
I was able to approve some individual hikes taken by pack families before.
how do I get this growing number to stop growing - we have small (big deal to the Cubs) in-house awards for extra hikes and service projects they log outside of den time.
If you click Activities and there is nothing to approve it is likely just a stuck bubble. I would clear cache to see if it is resolved.
@LianneRutty - when was the last time you approved an activity? Before the permission change or after
last time I approved a hike activity was today - there were only the 4 on there. the number hasn’t changed - cleared cache on all my browsers too -
its a mystery - but the growing number of things to approve is concerning/frustrating for someone who likes to stay on top of things and keep it tidy.
@LianneRutty - what shows up on an activity log report? And you are not with any other units
The numbers are a huge pain in how they are delivered by the API
I’m with our troop as well - but nothing shows up as activity needing approval. (I dont tough SB+ for the troop)
When I look at the Pack (where the problem is) and run an activity log report we only track hikes, camping, service and conservation projects.
this morning the amount was 27 activities to approve. I clicked it and it only showed some hikes parents entered in the last week - which I approved. The number of activities to approve hasn’t changed but those hikes dropped off. I’m wondering what items are causing the number to not change or where are the activities for the pack that need approval
