Activities Function of Scoutbook Plus Roster Not Working

When I go to Scoutbook Plus Roster, click on Pending Items and then Activities, nothing appears. I want to approve Scout activity log entries. In the past, this is how I was able to approve entries for all Scouts at one time rather than going into each Scout’s account.

@MichaelMatzinger - I just tried for my troop and indeed was able to approve an item entered by a scout.

I reported this issue a week ago, but I’m happy to share that it worked when I entered a campout activity today. For anyone still facing this problem, I strongly recommend performing a hard refresh (Shift + F5), as it seems to effectively resolve the issue.

I have tried this and it didnt work for me either. Scoutbook Plus is not all they said it would be. I have a campout I want to log in and have tried twice a week since the event…Each time I have to enter the info in (days/nights and who) and each time it doesn’t accept or record the data. Thinking it was my laptop, I tried from an Ipad and desktop.

Do they really want the data from camping nights or not? If they do they need to jump on these

Yes. Many times. This started months ago.

Hello - this just started for me three weeks ago, although I didn’t realize it until I went to enter in something for my son and it wasn’t showing. Our pack has a yearly hiking challenge that ends in two weeks and I’m worried there are a month’s worth of hikes out there that aren’t being tallied.

I tried the hard refresh. It doesn’t work.
