As of April 20, 2026, the only functions Legacy Scoutbook (https://scoutbook.scouting.org) should be used for are the following:
- Merit Badge Counselor Print Blue Card
- Merit Badge Counselor send message to Scouts
- Council Admin bulk Merit Badge requirement uploads
All other functions have been migrated to Scoutbook Plus (https://advancements.scouting.org) Legacy Scoutbook should not be used for any migrated function unless directed by a member of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council to workaround or troubleshoot an issue.
