ASM/K3 delegate gets nothing

MID 5972476 Is unit Commissioner and ASM and K3 Delegate. When he clicks on Troop 10B in position dropdown at top right, just shows Unit Commissioner. When he clicks on that, he gets endless spinning circles. I watched him: update chrome, clear cache, do Shift/Ctrl/R in Position Manager, Sb agrees he is ASM, with full rights. But never gets beyond the spinning circle, so can’t do anything there. He sees everything as SM in 10G. Synched everything in SB yesterday, no change. Just synched again for a good time. HELP?

@MarianMcQuaid Could you try closing the Unit Commissioner role in Scoutbook, and then ask the user to try again?

Hi He and I discussed that, and is willing to try it. Thanks for the 2nd Opinion. will let you know what happens tomorrow. M

Ended my role as UC in T10B as of today. Also unassigned myself from T10B in Commissioner Tools. Will redo that after the experiment.

That should have no effect, so once the rest is figured out, you can add that back in.

@CharlesHatvany In Scoutbook Plus, you might also need to do a hard page reload.

Overnight no change even with a hard page reload. Tried in Chrome and Firefox. Scoutbook Legacy shows UC as past position.

@MarianMcQuaid Could you please submit a Scoutbook Plus help ticket? I think the developers need to take a look at this one.

Hi all,

I had a guess based on past processing which sometimes took two cycles that this one would take two. I think the order in which things are processed makes a difference. The ending of my UC status probably had a lower priority in processing and that was what happened in cycle one.
Cycle two then put one of my other roles, K3D as the first role. I now have access. This may be the case, unless someone did something, I don’t know about.
