In my Primary ID, I am an ASM and MBC and recently renewed and paid for my MBC. I can see the troop members in Advancements.scouting.org and this is the Member ID 136671536 is marked primary in my.scouting.org.
I recently agreed to be Assistant Den Leader in a neighboring council, which issued me a new ID against my best efforts. I believe the Pack paid for me there, should that matter.
To troubleshoot, I have toggled the wrong one to Primary, saved, logged out, and logged back in and re-Primary’ed the correct one.
This did not fix issue, which is that in Scoutbook https://scoutbook.scouting.org/ the new SB User ID 14066911 is the only ID I can see, which is not the user ID that’s my MBC record, and I need to sign off on some requirements. I have one login with one email address and it was perfect until the recent new council addition.
