I have a blue alert up at the top with the red bell saying that I have 24 items. 23 are items to purchase an 1 is an item to approve. It’s an award. But when I expand to see what the award is, there is nothing there. I think I know which scout this is related to - 14353489. She’s been working on several awards and the National Outdoor Medal was recently retired and she completed that in 2025 and that along with the center pentagon shaped patch to build the 6 patches around it isn’t showing as awarded to her but it was. So it’s probably her. Is there anyway to get that approved in the system so the alert doesn’t continue to show for our troop?
@CathyLeeke- there is a known issue with the bell notification. You will want to work in the advancement tab above the roster
Got it. So just ignore the bell notification for now? In the Advancement tab above the roster, when I expand the To Approve section and navigate down to the Awards area there is a red notification (1) that I’d expect to indicate there is an Award to approve. But when I expand that area, there is nothing listed. It’s just blank. I’ve tried going back to Scoutbook legacy to see if there is anything I can do there but it just forwards me back to Scoutbook Plus.
The issue with the notifications - the system cannot currently isolate them to your program - so there might be something for a scout in a different program that is showing.
So for now, just ignore the notification because there is nothing to do?
