Blue card printing from ScoutBook plus not as featured as Scoutbook Legacy

@PaulGardner1 MB support is not fully implemented in Scoutbook Plus. Please use Legacy Scoutbook (https://scoutbook.scouting.org) for printing Blue Cards. There are Blue Card print options on the My Dashboard → Reports menu, Troop → Reports menu.
