Blue cards help needed

We have our Court of Honor on Monday.

Legacy Scoutbook print Blue Cards is only showing me 27 blue cards (should be closer to 300). I’ve checked my filters and run it on both the phone and the PC. So I cannot use the legacy interface.

I cannot find directions for how to do a bulk run of blue cards on Scoutbook Plus.

Can someone please help either point me to the new process for an adult leader to print bulk blue cards for COH or help with how to troubleshoot whatever is wrong with legacy SB?

@JamesBolling yes for me it all seems to be working fine - can setup a screenshare if you need to - nothing has changed in the process

Is the process in Scoutbook Plus documented somewhere online you can point me to? We’ve always used legacy Scoutbook for this, so I’m sure we’re using the right steps and only seeing 27 MBs instead of the 252 we that are on the PO we created from Scoutbook.

For our COH, I’m trying to print the blue cards for the 252 MBs our Scouts earned since Jun 1. It seems to be some wonky permissions issue. I’m the Committee Chair / Key3 and a Troop Admin in Scoutbook, but I went an re-applied my Troop admin rights and the number in legacy Scoutbook jumped from 27 to 98 MBs. That helps but I’m still missing most of them.

I’d be happy to try it in the new Scoutbook Plus, but all I’ve been able to figure out there is how to print an individual MB blue card by going to a specific Scout/ Specific MB.

… More details, in Scoutbook Plus on the Roster, Advancement tab, if I click on to be awarded, I get 303 items – which sounds about right for the 252 MBs, plus ~30 rank advancements, plus some special awards like 50 miler from this summer. So I’m pretty confident that whatever problem exists in legacy Scoutbook right now, that Scoutbook Plus seems to be working. Is there a process I can use to generate the PDF for blue cards for our MBs from Scoutbook Plus?

WOOHOO! Ok, thanks guys for helping me. I figured it out. I was accidentally using the Print Blue Cards link from MB counselor menu that is up by default in legacy Scoutbook instead of clicking through on the Unit and scrolling down to use the Print Blue Cards link on the Unit Roster page.
