Calendar feature greyed out (despite clearing cache)

Hello!
For over a week the calendar feature on Scoutbook Plus has been greyed out on my Dell Windows laptop.

I have tried refreshing and hard-refreshing my cache.

I have tried Edge, Firefox, and Chrome browsers.

In Chrome I tried an Incognito window;
In Firefox I tried a Private window;
In Edge I tried a InPrivate tab;

Also tried a new profile in Firefox.

The issue also happens on Firefox on my iPhone.

A District Executive removed and restored my Troop Admin privileges as Scoutmaster; it did not resolve the issue.

Found three other discussions but they didn’t resolve my issue (here, here, and here)

Any further ideas? Thanks for any tips!

@DavidMcCormick if you click Roster - does this resolve itself? There is a known bug around that

@DavidMcCormick - you have the appropriate role selected in the upper right in scoutbook plus ?

Thanks, @Stephen_Hornak . Yes, in the upper right in SB+ my selected position is as SM, not as parent or MBC, when I’m trying this. Still not working.

Do you have any other issues in Scoutbook Plus? For example, can you see the entire roster and view/edit profiles?

I have the same problem and hard refresh or cache deleting has not helped. How I go around it is I just manually type calendar in the browser address. I for example take the link https://advancements.scouting.org/roster then I delete roster and type calendar instead and this works for me

Thanks, @jacobfetzer for your response; no, I do not have any other issues with SB+. But perhaps something changed ?! this morning I have access again – and I wish I could tell you why.
