How will our parents access the calendar, outside the calendar subscribe feature? Quite a few of our families like to look at the calendar on Scoutbook, but have never seen IA.

Where in the IA calendar can I find the equivalent of the ācommentsā section on the Scoutbook calendar?
We use this and Iām hoping there is still a way for Scouts or adults to comment on an event.
For example, when an adult signs up for a campout, they put a comment noting the number of seatbelts in there vehicle.

Yes, I thought I was using the option for the unit specific discussion. My goal is to get more of the adult volunteers in the updates and discussions - rather than ending up having to do personal round-ups for multiple adults.
Sorry folks! Yes, I do have questions about the migrationā¦ but I meant this post as a gathering spot for the members of our troop to comment.
I am assuming most of the issues I am seeing are related to having linked units:
- Access changed, but my role was not changed on the unit side
- Cannot update events, or the roster
- Cannot enter camping nights
I will review the message thread before I Swiffer this post. I donāt want to lose any useful discussion.
