Camping, Hiking and Service Hours should default to the Event attendees

When entering Camping, Service Hours, or Hiking, the list defaults to those invited to the event. It should, instead, start with the list of people who attended the event. It should still be possible to add individuals who showed up for just part (it’s open to debate if they should count as an attendee on a weekend campout if they only show up for the few hours of Service)

@JohnDockstader a story to sort this out is in the backlog - we do not know when/if BSA will work on it
