Is it possible to run a report for all scouts in a troop that includes all camping log entries from all units the scouts were involved in? We are a pilot combined unit. In our council, the girls were added to the boy unit. I tried running the report today from the combined B unit from scoutbook, and for the girls, it only showed the entries added since september 1. It did include activities dated before sept 1 that were subsequently added under the B unit. (we got caught up on summer data entry after sept 1) After seeing this, i also took a closer look at a few scouts that I knew were transferred or multipled from other units, their data from the other units does not show on this report.
On the other hand, if I go to the individual scout’s profile and view the report, it does show everything from all units, including cub scout packs.
You would probably need to be admin of the other unit too
I am a K3D and troop for both B and G troops.
There is a checkbox that indicates activities from other units at the end of the list in the activity report interface:

I’m surprised I didn’t see that at first when I was playing with the options. Perhaps that box doesn’t show sometimes depending how you get to this report page?
Maybe? I think I’ve always seen the box. Then again, I tend to follow the same ant trail back to the same spots, so maybe I haven’t discovered the other route where it’s not present yet. :^)
