I see this topic was discussed in June, but it has been closed and the problem still exists. When creating a new calendar event, if the type is “campout” only the key 3 are shown on the list of leaders to invite. Some users previously stated they saw only some leaders but not all. I only get the key 3. All other event types work correctly. The previous topic from June identified a “work-around” that I have not tried. However, what needs to be done to fix the bug rather than expect us to use a work-around?
I don’t think there’s anything that can be done about it. I would recommend just using the invitees box to re-add all the adult leaders (see the below images).
This is in the backlog. I can’t predict when it might be fixed.
