Can add leader to den

I am trying to add a leader to my Tiger Den. I click into the Den and am able to find the leader I want, and I choose them as the Den Leader in the drop down in the Den Position #1 section. However, I can’t select the radio button to associate them to the Tiger Den - it is greyed out. How can I fix?

The position you need is called “Tiger Den Leader”
