Can I lookup scouts who are are active with a specific merit badge counselor

I am in Council 421 and listed as a Council Admin in Scoutbook Legacy. We have a list of merit badge counselors who are soon to expire. When listing them in Scoutbook Legacy, they show they are active with one or more Scouts. I need to know how to determine which Scouts each MBC are connected to before the MBC expires.

Is there a way that I can do that? If not, can our Council Registrar do this?
