I am getting the same message as another scouter who tried to activity camping nights to an activity. When I try to enter service hours to an event labeled “other,” I get the error message: “You have encountered a problem with this feature. Please clear your cache and try again. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact your council.” I cleared my cache, tried entering the data from multiple computers (using Chrome on both machines) and tried deleting, then recreating the event from scratch, but no joy. I contacted my council (NCAC) and they directed me here. Is the only remedy to watch the change log on this set of forums?
@MarkCarmel as you pointed out - this is a known issue - watch change logs for updates
the other way to achieve this is go to Activity Logs > make the Log and save in the same date range as the calendar event > the go back and edit the Log > at the top you will see an area to Link Log to Event > Select the Event in the Dropdown and the same is achieved.
