I’m trying to advance the Dens in my Pack in preparation for the next year, but while the Webelos Den became an AOL Den fine, every other den I try to move gives the error “The scout user already exists in the den: scout Userids: ”. The Number does not seem to correspond to any scout in our pack.
Am I doing something wrong? I hope I don’t need to take everyone OUT of their old den and put them into the existing next level old den.
@JonathanWildstrom - can you provide your exact steps in advancing the dens. The user ID in the error message is the scoutbook user ID rather than the scouting america member id
IT appears that what happened was that the changes had updated in the back-end database but were not reflected. This morning when I logged in, it all looks right now.
@JonathanWildstrom - i have always done a refresh after making changes to be sure they applied
