When trying to approve a merit badge through my connections for a scout that has made a previous connection, it takes me to a page that says ‘Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.’. If I try approving by clicking the badge type it routes me back to my dashboard.
@BritneyWebb - you need to use this menu for merit badge work
