Can't Approve MB Requirements

I see a scout in my connections, but cannot enter merit badge completion for him. I have deleted the connection, then reestablished it, with no luck

Are you using the “My Merit Badge Counseling” tools on the “My Dashboard” page? If you use “Edit Merit Badges for MB Counselors” for a single Scout, it will take you to the Scout’s merit badge page.
